Thanks for shopping at NIKUICHI. We aim to provide a great experience every time, but even we can experience the off day occasionally. The best way to guarantee a great experience is to review our shipping guidelines and keep them in mind when placing orders.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of meat products, we do not accept returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 5 days from receiving your order. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements.

Incorrect goods

If you received item(s) that are different from your order, we sincerely apologize. please email us at ginzabutchery@cjfoodasia.com

Damaged/Defective Goods

If you have received damaged packaging, please email us at ginzabutchery@cjfoodasia.com with image of the damaged goods. Once we receive the above, we will inspect it and contact you for refund ASAP.

Handling and Freshness

All our parcels are shipped frozen from our factory and delivered by refrigerated vehicles. Please freeze the products immediately upon receipt. Products must remain frozen until they are ready to be consumed. Failure to report spoilage within 48 hours upon receiving the order will be at the loss of the consumer. Our products have no artificial preservatives or coloring and properly stored in the freezer will remain fresh and delicious for approximately 6 months.

Delivery Delay

On the occasion that something out of our control delays the drivers, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your understanding. Please be assured that our parcels will be stored in cold room and delivered by refrigerated vehicles. The quality of product will not be affected during transportation.
